Pulled Meat is vacuum-cooked at low temperature and for a long time. The end result is really tender and silky meat, hugely emphasising the flavour. The product is available with truly authentic barbecue sauce, or otherwise customised to the preferences of each market.

FRECARN has for some years now had the facilities required to produce Pulled Meats in all possible formats, in individual vacuum-packaged servings or plastic tubs. We have developed a range of different flavours, and regularly supply the major chains on the British market.
The products are pasteurised, and offer a longer shelf life.
